More than 65 artists, will create large-scale chalk murals directly on the pavement of Peterson Plaza. Vibrant street paintings by local, regional, and nationally known artists will create a hive of color and activity in downtown Kerrville. The two-day Festival will include creative activities for children, live music on stage, and food and drink from established food truck vendors. Each year a local arts or education focused nonprofit is featured at the Festival. The 2018 Festival benefits the Museum of Western Art. The Cailloux Foundation is the founding sponsor. Last year an estimated 10,000 attendees enjoyed the event.
